My experience was between two and three stars I went to go get my car aligned and when I got there they took my car they were very nice very respectful but they decided to do diagnostics on my car without getting my approval, so they said they could not do the alignment unless they replace pieces or parts of the vehicle so I said I will come back later when I could pay the full amount. To my surprise they gave me a bill, and I said what's this? he said we charge for Diagnostics I asked please next time before you do diagnostics make sure that the customer is prepared AND AWARE to pay for Diagnostics so technically it was a hidden fee they will RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ASKING AND CHARGE FOR IT. I THINK THAT'S VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND BAD PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES. Was very upset but since they already did the Diagnostics I did pay for them it, would be nice for them to tell me hey we can't do this and I would decide whether or not to get the Diagnostics.
Dave Stevens was so awesome when we bought our jeep two weeks ago. We are extremely happy with it. Also Kory in Service at the GM dealer is so helpful and was so patient with my GMC Terrain thanks for getting it back on the road. Keep up the great work.
Service people are very friendly. My car got in on time for the oil change and it was out in just over an hour. So no problem waiting for it to get done. Great service!
Roberto, Frank and Deb were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and even worked with our schedule to help us get our truck! (they even stayed late for us to come and pick it up) Wonderful straight-forward experience with great customer service and I would definitely recommend them.
The service sucks . I shouldn't have to wait a month for my bill for my oil change bill. I like to pay my bill right away . They are very slow getting my car in and getting it out after it is all done . The wait is way to long. Kelli the girl needs to stay out there she knows more than the guys about oils changes and explains things nobody else dies . She is more friendly to me and my family unlike everybody else
It was great, I felt very welcomed, everyone was nice there and they were all helpful. The service to my car was great too.
Went to get an oil change and a recall done. Never told me how long it would take. It ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. Then on top of that I pick it up after hours and there is grease or oil on my car by the handle. Like really!
Vehicle was in for rear right axle bearing seal leaking and vibration at 55-60 mph. I was "advised" to bring the vehicle back if it gets worse. I guess I'll just wait until the axle comes off.
